I worked at NVIDIA full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Was a great company to work for in early days when they moved fast. Had great teams that would work together well.

    Cons

Some extremely bad managers and directors that have no business working with people. So much tension and problems that work doesn't get done.

    Advice to Management

Learn to fire bad managers and directors before they drive out all the good hard working people to other companies.

    Pros

    Cons

It'll take a long time for them to set up everything, so expect a week or two waiting for them to sort everything up
