Pros

Committed to social responsibility Senior Leaders gives great speech, only talks no action!

Cons

Only CEO favorites gets promotion and growth. Senior leaders does not walk the talk, for example : they say one of the company benefits is flex work, but they show up in office all the days and expect all employees to be in office. Too many new changes, with no resources and tools, work is very stressful and challenging. Too many people leaving the company especially in finance dept. due to lack of leadership, Frisco office is an revolving door

Thank you for sharing your personal opinion regarding your prior work experience here. We appreciate you taking the time to do so. We are committed to addressing any concerns in real time, and clarifying issues on the spot, to the greatest extent possible. That includes working through regular performance and talent review processes. These processes involve multiple inputs at both mid-year and year-end touchpoints and focusing both on clarifying past performance and planning future development. We're proud of the experience we offer our team members and will continue to foster their growth as our company continues to expand. Again, thank you for taking the time to write.

Pros

You have the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Many people have side gigs.

Cons

Pay and benefits are slightly below standard. The company culture feels like a group of disconnected strangers—a few, very tenured employees mixed with a large number of new people. Silo mentality and DEI are everywhere—a lot of finger-pointing and unchallenged assumptions about how work is done.
