    Pros

    there is a high level of freedom. Frontend staff are nice and easy to work with.

    Cons

    Bonus target is hard to achieve. Workload is little. Management is short-sighted.

    Advice to Management

    Revenue target is unreasonably high. People are not necessarily made according to their level of contribution

    Pros

    Global Company. Very highly Technically oriented company. good products good knowledgable people in Europe. Very competent senior management.

    Cons

    Favouritsm is the only key in NXP India. Incompetent Managers promote people loyal to them and doesnt value people who work. Competency of Managers are questionable as they dont judge the capability and result of an individual rather go with perception and their own choosen people. This is the main reason why people are leaving the company. People who work and produce results are not value but people who talk and are yes boys of managers are held high. Hiring people from very low grade companies. Execution of projects is a major drawback as there are no Engineering Managers. Good chance came to India when India was executing end to end but Managers put there own guys to have control and messed up the entire scenarios. Since no work is there politics is a common offering here.

    Advice to Management

    Stop this bullying. Bring engineering managers. Listen to engineers and respect people who work and produce result
