    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at NYC Department of Human Resource Administration

    Pros

Work/Life Balance was good. The flextime allowed people to start as early as 8 am and as late as 10 am. Worked in a diverse office- diversity in experiences and race A learning experience for someone early in their career A great place to learn about social services

    Cons

Upper management wouldn't greet the lower staff Drama Not a positive place to work- a lot of staff seemed there but they weren't happy to be there. They encouraged me to leave ASAP. Lack of communication between leadership and everyone else. Things seemed to move a slower pace than other agencies.
