Pros

Team level - excellent. Great group with some very smart people
Flexible working - as long as core hours are covered, and the freedom isn't exploited
Very good benefit package
Always busy - never going to be bored due to lack of work

Cons

VP title given out far too freely - too many grand titles for doing the same work that their subordinates do.
No career progression unless you can talk the talk, not walk the walk.
Money is below industry standard, even in Northern Ireland

Offer better training and a career progression path

    Pros

    Fair and Decent place to work
    Good and Kind people
    Productive place for such a small group
    People want to help
    Growing industry
    Flexible with customers
    Not too much BS.
    Some products are cutting edge.

    Cons

    poor comp plan.
    poor benefits
    have to be around 3 years to make money
    pay when payment is collected is unpredictable.
    no 401k match

    Sort of a boys club..some will do fantastic forever sitting back while others fight to keep their jobs and provide. Territories are not equal and neither are the opportunities.

    Inside model is not productive.

    Advice to Management

    Pay people better...not everyone lives in Phoenix. invest in your people.

    Pros

    Name recognition
    Work from home is allowed
    CEO communicates with all employees directly

    Cons

    Promotions are not merit based, but rather based on who you know.
    Every Quarter there is "Reduction in Force" due to the latest Synergy goals.
    Method for letting people go is obscure, in most cases senior management takes the decision without knowing who does what and that leads to people being told "you are leaving, oops, you are not leaving anymore because we found out we actually need you".

    Advice to Management

    Evaluate Senior Management positions (Senior VP) and let go the ones that little or no management and people skills
