      Seemingly nice company with some great employees

      Cons

      Disorganised to another level. Was encouraged and told I was doing a good job in passing, no review or 121 offered until 5 weeks in, when I was told I was nice longer needed with immediate effect. Zero indication they were less than happy with my performance. I was left shocked and the experience really knocked my confidence.

      -Personally there were no cons for me but the company doesn't offer remote which may not work for some people

      Pros

      Once in sales, there is an unlimited max on how much commission you can make. You have the freedom to build your own business, while benefitting from the resources that the company had built over the years.

      Cons

      There isn't a ton of room for growth in terms of job titles - for me, I felt like sales was the only place that I could go to feel like I was growing in my career.
