The passion, hunger, and energy that they bring vitalizes the entire company. And I agree, it is the perfect place to start your career. It is also the perfect place to continue your career also. :) I do want to say though, not much workload is not necessarily a good thing at the start of your career. The first few years is the time to put in as much as you can; this will help you assess your strengths and weaknesses and your can manage the rest of your career based on this learning.
