    Pros

Scrappy, some good products, strong EU team

    Cons

Don't understand what it takes to compete internationally, especially in US market. Not enough funding to do anything significant.

    Namirial Response

    Namirial

Thank you very much for your feedback in kind words about our European team. Namirial is also proud of its customers and partners in Asia Pacific, Africa and the Americas, providing us with a global reach and recognition as global leader in our foeld of digital transaction management, confirmed recently by independent analyst Aragon Research in their Research Globe for Digital Transaction Management, identifying us as one of the global leaders in this space and the only leading company with headquarters outside North America. I’m unhappy to hear about your personal impressions re US market. Meanwhile we are happy to support several of our global customers with their operations in US and Canada with significant footprint. It’s true that we are yet a hidden champion as unlike some of our competitors the overwhelming majority our clients run our solutions fully white-labled. It’s also true that while we serve customers in North America we put some focus on growth intiatives in Europe as we have a unique diversity within our group which evolved from an Italian player to a truly multinational and multilingual organization in particular in the last two years. 2019 will have some more exciting chapters to our story. I am sorry that, unlike many others, you did not have a chance to grow your career in Namirial. To all those working hard every day at Namirial wherever they are in the world thank you, gracias, obrigado, merci, danke and grazie. All of our customers, partners and employees can be rest assured that we strive to get better very day and I am personally welcoming your feedback – Luigi

Not worth it at all! Don't waste your time with this organization.

    Pros

Competitive salary in Latam market, but this is the only pro. Only count on the fixed salary, sales comissions aren't a reality.

    Cons

As an italian comment here mentions: You learn what NOT to do to run a business. Namirial is a very traditional and conservative company, hierarchical and based on managers' opinions mostly. They want to focus on the digital market, but there is definitely a very long path to walk first. One example: they hired me as an inside sales consultant not knowing what inside sales consists of, and the actual work never consisted of anything mentioned in the job description. Namirial might seem flexible and an environment where you can have freedom and autonomy, but in reality, they are truly worried about micromanagement and control of people. Per example, working remotely is only okay if you are always at the same fixed adress everyday. All managers share this mindset. Another issue: they will never be the example to be followed. As an example: being late to meetings, forgetting to pass along important information, etc. and at the same time, they won’t forgive you if you do the same for any reason. It only works one way. This is part of the company's culture. Also, they won’t take responsibility as a company, it will always be on the employee, even considering issues that depend 100% on the organization first. Results and indicators won't be the priority - also because they don't work with those - when evaluating talent. The focus is on control and perceptions of your work, not your actual contribution for the area. On the other hand, they won't make directions and goals clear. Meetings focused on planning and bringing an strategic approach to the work being done never happen. When you suggest and schedule it with the team, it is not taken seriously. It is a constant mess, where everything is urgent, but no one plans anything in advance. Therefore, everyone starts demanding colleagues for tasks to be done as soon as possible, it becomes part of the routine. To compete in a SaaS environment, this will never work and that explains the little success of the product worldwide. Even though they always mention the general goal is to compete with the leader of the market. Sometimes a certain urgency appears and all tasks need to be done and deadlines are never negotiated, even when asked. After this moment, it is perfectly okay for the company if a small project takes months and months and gets postponed over and over again. Even though it was a priority at first, it is too confusing to prove results with this inconsistency, especially for juniors. It is not the place to build a career and learn from peers. I started with one manager, and months later I figured out I had to actually work with another manager. So more confusion here considering who to respond to, especially when they don’t talk to each other to make common decisions. So at one moment it will make sense to work with one, and sometimes with the other. No one will ever explain this, because they don’t even know. You have to figure it out on your own, and that will show proactivity. It's one of the most desorganized companies I've ever seen and worked for. They say they are growing fast and that is the reason why everything is being structured, although in fact there aren't any processes implemented in marketing, international sales and human management. Namirial never works with feedbacks, thus it will never really be clear along the time on what to improve or what to focus, a constant anxiety for the committed ones. As they are being forced to go digitally because of the market and the SaaS, they had to open themselves to hire talent to work remotely. They can sell themselves like a technological company, but the traditional mindset always comes up stronger, as you can see in the examples I mentioned. Definitely not a recommendation. There are way better opportunities out there.

    Pros

The product is interesting. People stop to listen and amazes green initiatives. That’s cool for sales area. They have interesting customers abs projects.

    Cons

Leadership is not good. They don’t know what they are doing and they are micromanagers. don’t know how to prioritize things. One day you will be working with big account in the next second they will ask you do translate something. And you are not even a translator. And they don’t respect your time or work balance. They think you are available to them 24h.
