Pros

Compensation, the hours aren't terrible, and there are some really good people within the company.

Cons

Pretty much everything else. The biggest issue is that management has no interest in employees, they simply seem to be concerned with getting their bonuses.

Advice to Management

Take an interest in your employees, they truly are the key to future success.
