I worked at National American University full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people you work with. That is it.

    Cons

    -Low pay
    -Lies about 6 month raises
-Upper management that plays favorites and lies to you
-"how many lives did you change today?" really means how much money did you make the company and not get compensated for it.
-All you do is call 100+ people a day and most don't even want to go to school. They don't know how we got their info.
-You are told to use their emotions to make them changes their minds.
-Leads can be called up to 25 times a day if they don't answer. SO PROFESSIONAL.
-You must lie to students in order to get them to go to school
-Do whatever you can to get people signed up for school no matter how unprofessional/dishonest it is.
-Same rules don't apply to everyone. Upper management has favorites.
-Huge disconnect between employees and upper management.
-It's a pressured sales job without the compensation of a regular sales job.

    Advice to Management

Stop saying it is about changing people's lives when you know it is all about profit.

I worked at National American University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - paid holidays
     - free tuition (maybe)

    Cons

    - extremely high insurance costs
     - HORRIBLE pay scale
     - do now, fix later philosophy
     - everything is a big secret
     - everyone is out for themselves, including upper managment (will throw you under the bus in
a heart beat, with a smile on their face!)

    Advice to Management

    - listen to your employees, stop taking their ideas/input out of the equation
     - remember, you get what you pay for (low wages = NO ONE CARES)
