I have been working at National Amusements part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The hours are pretty flexible, you are allowed four free movie tickets a week (Mondays-Thursdays). There are a lot of bonuses that you could get from working hard.

    Cons

Some of the managers can be quite unprofessional. Working weekends is a must since those are the days the theaters get busy. Customers can be very rude for no reason.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be a more efficient way of letting employees know their schedules. Constantly calling the Theater from 10pm to 12 midnight to find out your schedule is quite annoying especially if you are working tomorrow morning. Also the theaters need to be sanitized having rodents running around isn't a pleasant feeling. The theaters should also have higher standards for hiring people. I feel the theater hires anyone and most of our current new employees shouldn't have gotten the job because of their poor work ethic.
