    Pros

    Job Security and Employee Benefits

    Cons

There are very different cultures depending upon which team and director you go to work for. Some areas are very professional, some are much less so.

    Advice to Management

HR should question any promotion by a Manager who is promoting a known friend up through the ranks in a short period of time and validate that each promotion meets the education or experience requirements of the job description. There would be less staff problems and less turnover by making sure the candidate is really qualified before they get the position.
