Pros

NCM has good benefits for employees to go along with a strong corporate culture. The company focuses on providing a fun, enjoyable atmosphere to work in (some departments focus more on this than others).

Cons

One of the biggest complaints is compensation and the difficulty in moving into management. Many members of management have been hired from the outside, which can be frustrating for lower-level employees.

Advice to Management

Make sure you know how to do your employees' jobs. When hired from the outside, many managers (not all) never learn how their employees handle their responsibilities, and therefore cannot cover them if needed.

    Pros

you get a movie pass for amc/regal or cinemark. The company has a few outings each year and have charity half day benefit where each month you contribute to a charity you get half day off. Win win for you and your fav charity.

    Cons

In my group there is lot of pressure, very long hours even weekends for months at a time with no compensation. Absolutely no opportunities to grow and get promoted. If you are in IT i would say stay away

    Advice to Management

they should reconsider the time off policy and also work life balance. good luck!!!

    Pros

Great benefits, fun annual sales trips; great support staff; annual movie pass; work from home

    Cons

Leadership needs improvement; Territory depends on how well you do with obtaining goals and making money; Goals should be readjusted based on territory; no real team spirit depending on territory; limited career growth; repeat business is hard to obtain

    Advice to Management

Regional VP should lead and not be swayed by senior sales reps
