    Pros

    - Business model
    - Balance sheet is positive
    - Correct reorganization is in place

    Cons

    - Need to deliver a more positive customer service experience
    - Lack of awareness: brand, its products, what it does day-to-day, proactive visibility in the news
    - Company diversity, specifically, in age and gender (getting better though!)

    Advice to Management

    If cable companies can improve their customer service, so can National Grid!

    Don't think of National Grid as a "utility" company, but instead, think of it as a forward-thinking, innovative ENERGY company whose purpose is to serve the needs of its customers in local communities.
