Pros

The culture, the people, and an awesome learning environment. Company has a play hard - work hard attitude toward its employees - it's awesome here.

Cons

Austin Traffic. Austin Hippies, Austin? It is a young town, can be difficult to find activities if you have small children, or if you don't have a dog...

Advice to Management

none really, I like working here and management is good about communicating to it's employees. It does a great job of finding the best people to work with - don't change a thing

    Pros

Pays well, laid back work atmosphere, everyone is friendly and ready to help, lots of training provided by other ELPs.

    Cons

Phone support can be a pain, but once you get the hang of it it is not so bad. Eventually you get used to it and get interesting calls.

    Advice to Management

More information about the phone support would be nice. Maybe some example calls or other training would be good. .

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Excellent job experience. Young crowd. Generally nice place to work with lots of flexibility. Senior management is quite competent. They are unlikely to lay you off if they can find a way to avoid that - no matter how bad the economy gets.

    Cons

Young people are preferred. There is not much reward for advancing in your career. If you are not an engineer, you can feel very undervalued. If you reach 30 years old, you may feel like you don't fit in anymore. Consider this a 5 year job, at most.

    Advice to Management

The business model seems to work as the company continues to grow. I need 20 words here so this sentence has been written.
