I have been working at National University full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Freedom to create and develop skills. Lots of student contact if that is what you desire. The students are adults and most are appreciative of assistance. Some great faculty if you look for the gems and listen to suggestions.

Cons

Low pay for experience and responsibilities. That said it is a great place to make a name for yourself in your field.

Advice to Management

Invest in your personnel especially those who invest in your students. This is how the University can increase market share and positive word of mouth advertising.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at National University as a contractor (More than 5 years)

    Pros

NU has always delivered what they promised to myself and those faculty around our department. I've been allowed to still input my own personal style in courses while following their requirements.

    Cons

It's still an institution and follow their own directed style of the course-work and how things should be done.

    Advice to Management

    A good place to work...

I have been working at National University full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

good benefits. staff scholarship that pays for your masters program (although your taxes go way up).

    Cons

low starting salary and very hard to break into the upper echelon of salaries in the company

    Advice to Management

Decrease the pay discrepancy between upper management and everybody else that actually does all the work with students.
