    Pros

Very sound company, conservative with products, strong desire to grow

    Cons

Management continues to cut jobs even when economy was stabilizing. Lost a lot of great people, will take a long time to recover.

    Advice to Management

Use the Southwest Airlines approach of employee first, which leads to consumer happiness. Your quick to cut the workforce attitude has ruined employee morale.

  2. "Management talks a good talk, but that is as far as it goes. In other words, they are good at lying to their employees."

    Pros

If you are fortunate enough to work for an experienced manager, you can expect to be treated fairly. However, once you have been there a few years there look for new blood to abuse.

    Cons

Low pay and no respect for employees who have been with the company for a few years. Also, managers are a puppet on a string and unable to make decisions for themselves.

    Advice to Management

Hire managers that know how to manage and care about their people.
