Great place to work

I loved the relationship I developed with the underwriters. They were always appreciative of my hardwork and they often provided great feedback to my supervisors,
Cons
Nationwide was a great place to work. I loved the people I worked with, but if I had to name one thing they could do better is not have sprung mandatory overtime on us without preparing us that it was going to be something that would be continous for the next couple of years. Communication is key for a healthy environment.
