Cons
Somewhat inhumane human resources department that does not care about employees as human beings. Upper management that tries to form fit people into working enviroments that are not suited to the personality types that work in that department.

I love that I get to own my claims and I answer my own claim calls. I worked for a competitor before and we worked on a team level where my teammates were passing the buck and hold times were out of control. You don't have any of that here, which in return help the customers. My teammates are great and any questions I have, the other Specialists are always willing to help.
Cons
The claim volume fluctuates, some days are heavier than others. It would be nice to have consistency for a better work-life balance.
