Pros
The office is very small, so you are exposed to a wide range of problem solving and team work. This often includes work with current assets, as well as the development of new wind farms.
Cons
There is absolutely no training, management transparency or room for career advancement. Two or three people at the top make all of the decisions and rarely does information flow down the chain. Likewise, feedback or information rarely flows up the chain, as input is not encouraged.
