      Pros

      Small shop, fast to grow. The pay was good and the location excellent for a new NERC position. BHE has bought the company and I'm very sure the company will be a great place to work moving forward.

      Cons

      Too much abuse of schedule at the detriment of the system operators.

      Fun, small team, lots to learn, involved in all aspects of the accounting function.

      100% in office work arrangement.
