Pros
The people you work with are some of the best, and you will get to work on an awesome project. As a contractor, I was treated the same as full time employees (received the same team swag and was invited to all the team events).
Cons
The crunch. Don't work here if you want to spend time with your family or have much of a life outside of work (at least for the last year or so before the release of a game)
