    Pros

Ability to get stuck in with projects and provide input on direction of projects. Range of projects is diverse and interesting.

    Cons

Navigant consulting is better suited to experiened professionals rather than people starting off their careers. Promotional opportunities are based on office politics rather than merit.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Great client opportunities and a real focus on serving the client. Interesting and challenging work. Smart people with lots of expertise. Depending upon your role, flexibility to work remotely.

    Cons

There is inconsistency in the quality of leaders resulting in attrition and poor morale in some areas of the company. Raises and bonuses have been poor the past couple of years.

    Advice to Management

Get employees excited about pursuing a common vision, strategy and goals and help everyone understand how they can contribute. Navigant was a fun and exciting place to work a few years ago. Get rid of leaders who can't or won't develop their people.
