I have been working at Neenah full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Plenty of rewarding and professionally challenging opportunities. Continue to develop big ideas to drive business with our customers. Inherent trust among senior leadership to allow teams to drive results. Genuine care and concern for employees well being. Excellent health and 401K plans.

    Cons

Not necessarily a con, but if you are a salaried employee, there are times you will work over 65 hours a week based on customer meetings. It can be exhausting, but rewarding too. Management is great about flex schedules and working remotely. No expectation to be in the office from 9-5 to do your job.

    Advice to Management

Continue to listen. Continue to walk the talk. There are teams in desperate need of more resources. They push themselves extremely hard because they believe in what they’re doing, but burnout is distinct possibility.
