I worked at NeighborWorks America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Co-workers are for the most part wonderful people to work with.
They pay for you to travel once or more a year.
The benefits and additional days off are pretty nice.

    Cons

Management likes to talk out of both sides of their mouth.
They make big promises but rarely follow through.
They reward people that screw up their job and punish the hard working people.
They preach work life balance but rarely let you practice it.

    Advice to Management

Take a deep look at the Division Managers. There are several weak ones that need to be removed. Major changes in HR are needed to restore confidence in the Department.
