Pros

The employee discount is pretty good. Coworkers are mostly fun to be around. EXCELLENT 401K! Beautiful merchandise. Loyal customers. Very fashion-informative. Not too many rules and not so much pressure (as long as you are not a terrible sales associate).

Cons

Shark-like environment. Some coworkers are sneaky and will do anything to steal your customers/ sales. Return policy is way too lenient. Inflexible scheduling. Management engages in favoritism (corruption in a sense).

Advice to Management

You managers yell at us for being "snobby" to customers, yet the management team is even more guilty of this! Hire some new blood in the management team, fresh approaches to different situations in necessary.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

The employee discount is great, and the 30/30's are really great. The Clients can be fun to work with and fellow employees make for a great environment.

    Cons

Things were going great until there were changes in upper management. It suddenly went from being great to being unprofessional (to say the least, more like disturbing bad dream). It became evident that the new management was on a mission to justify their actions without any regard to several employees.

The executives and corporate have no interest in hearing anything if it opposes their motives/actions, regardless of how fallacious it is.

    Advice to Management

Advice to the new management: encourage and practice fair dealings of all people; encourage maturity in new management; be honest with yourselves and others.

    Cons

if you want advancement you have to seek it, nobody will offer it to you if you dont ask

    Advice to Management

give more praise to employees who do well
