    Cons

    Doing all the right things to improve culture, just not executed well most of the time. The rate of pay is substantially lower compared to profit margins.

    Performance and health incentives in place. Benefits and ETO/PTO start on day 1 of employment! Employer will pay all health premiums for the first calendar year of employment; and will pay premiums for all consecutive years in which you continuously meet quarterly health goals (such as BMI, non-smoker, etc).
