Pros

Good pay if you manage to sell anything
managers seem to just look on facebook all day
I suppose its a solid 401k plan

Cons

- Managers give you no respect and do not understand your job
-Managers care more about you being polite then selling
-Managers pretty much just look for all ways to fire you

Advice to Management

Number one stop hiring copier salespeople. They really don't understand the industry very well. Number 2 stop taking customer service with a grain of salt

    Pros

    Great products with limited travel

    Cons

    Employees aren't trusted to do their jobs autonomously. Management requires the review and approval of all proposals over $10K. As the company makes the transition into solution based selling; products are introduced without truly understanding sales cycles and/or implementation. No matter how many things you do right, they will always find something to scrutinize.

    Advice to Management

    Consider hiring high school graduates. No need for a higher education degree when management is required to review and edit everything.
