    Fast hiring process
    small office
    Easy hours
    flexability

    not manged very well
    lack of communication and training
    No territoriess set between sales people..
    Sales competed with Branch manager
    Micromangement

    Advice to Management

    Set up territories for your outside sales people..You shouldnt have to compete with your manager who wont let you leave the office, so you can do your job.

    I have been working at Nesco Resource full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Long history in the business. Most of Upper Management has worked this business, ground up. Great resources, training tools, great large national accounts to recruit for which gives lots of opportunity for high earnings. My particular team has been together for nearly a decade.

    Cons

    Lots of training for recruiters, sales teams/account managers don't manage accounts well. need more focus and improvement on account management not just how to approach new clients.

    Advice to Management

    Shadow and offer additional account management training for sales team. 3x3 sales generates more business than new
