    Approves of CEO

I worked at Nestlé full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

There was always something to be involved with and to make a difference. Ability to learn cross functional processes and procedures.

    Cons

Regional locations had less chance for growth opportunities and for advancement. If you are willing to relocate, you can move into different roles.

    Advice to Management

Remember to keep good employees no matter where they are in the organization and keep them challenged by project teams and organizations within the companies. Even good opportunities to move between the business units.

  2. "Very demanding culture but if you thrive, then you are given good opportunities"

    Pros

    Provides competitive compensation
Performance reviews and succession planning is structured
Now gearing towards standardization of processes
If you perform well, then you are given opportunities

    Cons

Required working hours is a challenge
Demanding culture : all deliverables are "rush"
Even though they push for a more open structure, in reality, the relationship between the boss and staff is very Hierarchical
    Perception is everything
    There's tendency to be political
