I worked at Nestlé USA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Competitive salary, great onboarding, sound management principles. This is a great company to build a solid base of understanding in operations management.

    Cons

Increasingly political. Work/life balance was not a priority. The operations side is increasingly margin driven, which is good, but pressure is so great to squeeze every last drop of blood from the turnip that managers and supervisors do not last long.

    Advice to Management

Look at your operations management turnover and assess the true cost. This is an indicator of an unsustainable business.
