Generally speaking, great people, but everyone tends to look out for themselves.

Cons

Political -- it's not what you know, it's who you know.

    Pros

    - great work/life balance
    -compassionate people
    -fairly good compensation
    - the development and training is second to none, they prepare you extremely well for future roles at the company. The training program is also great leverage to get jobs elsewhere

    Cons

    More times than not an employee has to relocate in order to move up in the company. Some of the locations are not ideal either.

    Pros

    Excellent benefits including a non-contributory pension fund; great products; professional demeanor; constant focus on safety

    Cons

    Early hours - typically start at 4 am; may include weekends due to chain stores receiving products 7 days/week; too much paperwork; 50+ hrs/week; when re-routes occur - your job status is based solely on tenure

    Advice to Management

    Reduce paperwork via tablets or hand-helds; hours are long enough as they are
