I worked at Nestlé USA full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Excellent benefits including a non-contributory pension fund; great products; professional demeanor; constant focus on safety

Cons

Early hours - typically start at 4 am; may include weekends due to chain stores receiving products 7 days/week; too much paperwork; 50+ hrs/week; when re-routes occur - your job status is based solely on tenure

Advice to Management

Reduce paperwork via tablets or hand-helds; hours are long enough as they are

I worked at Nestlé USA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    fun company with parties etc

    Cons

Depends upon contractors, but don't even have the courtesy to let them know about upcoming changes. I guess that they are using Kraft's use and dump policy here as pretty much all the management is here. Hiring Freeze and a glass ceiling (very early on) doesn't help matters

    Advice to Management

Have more interaction with workers. Only communicating between your select cliques would make you out of touch with other employees
