I have been working at Nestlé Waters North America full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Have had huge amount of experience with the company over the past 15+ year. Lots of opportunities if you are willing to work hard and willing to move.

Cons

Work-life balance should not be expected for those in middle-management ranks. The more you do, the more is expected, and you need to be on call 24-7.
As pressures become greater, the economy became tougher, and the business becomes leaner - workload just becomes more and more, until you can give no more...... Then more is expected!

Advice to Management

Be aware that you can push your people just so far - the vast majority of workers really care for NWNA and want to do the best for it,

I have been working at Nestlé Waters North America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good pay not the best for what they expect from you day in and day out. And there are a lot of good people that I work with within the company.

    Cons

Safety will never happen till they start treating the worker like human and not slaves, don't down the people that make this place run treat them wit respect and that will go a long way. They should do away with the call out line to find out if you have to work in bad weather because they don't care if the world where to end tomorrow you still need to come in no if ands or butts. Your life means nothing to them. I wouldn't tell my friend to get a job there.

    Advice to Management

They really need to fine some really managers.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Nestlé Waters North America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Strong brands and great growth outlook with focus on health and wellness, strong values-based culture that promotes authentic leadership and transparency, new CEO is bringing a renewed focus on innovation and a high-performance culture.

    Cons

NWNA is a lean organization that has a strong track record for success, but gets alot done with a little. Training and development opportunities are largely experiential, with limited formal training and education opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Need to place a greater focus and investment in training and development. Employees are empowered to pursue learning opportunities, but leaders need to understand that more robust training programs and tools are needed to achieve long term growth.
