Pros

Good daily work out and they give you water. Good schedule - start at 6 and done by 2.

Cons

Do not work here if you wish to be told the truth or hope to have any support. There is no organization within the company - the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. No opportunity for advancement or transfers. They are not afraid to boldly lie to your face.

Advice to Management

Give all senior management extensive HR training and hold them accountable for their actions. Your bottom line driven attitude does not get you anywhere hence your losses year after year.

    Pros

    Lack of supervision. Good job for someone with no work expierence and stepping stone for another job.

    Cons

    Long hours and impossible goals. They give a roadnet time that's impossible to maitain. First of all, they don't take into consideration rush hour traffic time, time to talk to customer, and multiple location drop off's. They encourage you take your half hour lunch to make delivery's. Long hours. Prevent employee culture to single veteran guys out. So they can be fired and hire a new guy with much lower pay. Looks down upon employees who "GOD FOR BID", get's sick and has to take a sick day. U.L's will let the work sit and wait for an route guy to get it done.

    Advice to Management

    U.L's take advantage of the route sales reps and none of the higher ups no about it. So many people quit because the u.l's abuse employees to make their bonus.

    Pros

    It used to be the salary, but not any more. They used to start the workers off with $19 and some change, now it's down to $16.

    Cons

    Management sucks. The load the workers with too much work. Looonnnngggg hours. Unit Leaders constantly lie to employees to upsale so they can get their bonuses, they do not care about the employees. They push you to upsale and lie to customers. Also let you know that this is a job that you will not retire from. If you plan on family time (forget about it), DO NOT come to the job.

    Advice to Management

    Management needs to look into the employees' opinions instead of making decisions without their input. They do not think about the employees' families. Stop overworking your employees.
