Pros

good benefits and management is very competent. The salary is fair for the type of physical work you perform. A very stable company (parent). Great backing from Nestle.

Cons

You are a high pressure salesperson. Delivering water is the tip of the iceberg. You will be pressured to sell many side products. Dont make the high quotas, dont expect to be there for long. Your expectations are to be perfect. Miscount your truck in 3 times in a month (of 40 tries) and they consider that sloppy and you will be watched and spoken with.

Advice to Management

Take the pressure off the route salespeople and hire more sales to grow the business. Quit expecting employees to be perfect. Because you expect far too much, employees do the wrong thing and leave product (I know it happens). Expect high turnover if you don't reverse your crazy quotas on route people.

    Pros

    Good daily work out and they give you water. Good schedule - start at 6 and done by 2.

    Cons

    Do not work here if you wish to be told the truth or hope to have any support. There is no organization within the company - the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. No opportunity for advancement or transfers. They are not afraid to boldly lie to your face.

    Advice to Management

    Give all senior management extensive HR training and hold them accountable for their actions. Your bottom line driven attitude does not get you anywhere hence your losses year after year.

    Pros

    Lack of supervision. Good job for someone with no work expierence and stepping stone for another job.

    Cons

    Long hours and impossible goals. They give a roadnet time that's impossible to maitain. First of all, they don't take into consideration rush hour traffic time, time to talk to customer, and multiple location drop off's. They encourage you take your half hour lunch to make delivery's. Long hours. Prevent employee culture to single veteran guys out. So they can be fired and hire a new guy with much lower pay. Looks down upon employees who "GOD FOR BID", get's sick and has to take a sick day. U.L's will let the work sit and wait for an route guy to get it done.

    Advice to Management

    U.L's take advantage of the route sales reps and none of the higher ups no about it. So many people quit because the u.l's abuse employees to make their bonus.
