Good work life balance, bonus is almost 100% assured, theres so many redundant jobs that one can di nothing for months
Cons
Unprepared leaders, once they get to a director and above role they never leave and when things fail the blame is always put on lower level employees. HR is just a budget controlling team

Hi everyone! I applied for a creative marketing role and had my final interview at the end of October. I’ve reached out to the recruiter 3 times now for updates and she keeps telling me that hopefully there will be an update the following week. It’s an internal position and the hiring manger has talked to my current manager and everything. Is this a good or bad sign that the process is taking so long?
