Pros

I did meet some very nice people there, all are gone now, of course. If I could rate in negative stars, Culture & Values would be -5, Comp & Benefits would be -4, and Senior Management (specifically the CEO) would be -11!

Cons

CEO has no idea how to lead and does a very poor job of management. People are treated poorly and dispensable. Turnover in this small 30-40 person company is over 100% every year with about 5 employees remaining the same year over year. They hire expecting to fire instead of hiring for and embracing expertise and new ideas. The daily pain, stress, and agony of all but just a handful of the old buddies is like nothing I've ever seen. NONE of the other negative reviews are an exaggeration but more so understatements as the weirdness of this place is just so hard to put into words. The positive reviews are all from those same five people. The scary part there is that several of them believe what they write as they've been working for the CEO since they were 6 and have nothing to compare it to.

Cons

Compensation (salary) could improve slightly.

Pros

1. Hands-On Learning: Working at NetAtlantic provided me with invaluable hands-on experience. I had the opportunity to work on various projects within different departments which significantly enhanced my technical skills and practical knowledge. 2. Mentorship: The guidance and mentorship I received from experienced professionals at the company were outstanding. Their insights and willingness to share their expertise had a positive influence on my early career development. 3. Positive Company Culture: The company's culture was a definite pro. NetAtlantic fostered an environment of growth and learning. This allowed me to ask questions, explore new ideas, and take on challenges

Cons

1. Brief Duration: One of the main drawbacks of my internship was its brevity. My time at the company was relatively short, which limited the depth of my involvement in projects and the opportunity to fully immerse myself in the company's culture. 2. Limited Scope: Due to the short duration of my internship, I had a somewhat limited scope of responsibilities. This made it challenging to fully explore the diverse aspects of the industry and company operations.
