I have been working at NetApp full-time

    Pros

    Great work/life balance
    Great development opportunities
Senior Management - open, communicative etc
Fairly compensated for job and locations

    Cons

Give "Managers" the opportunity to manage if they are interested as development opportunity

    Advice to Management

Small teams might get the job done well, but working 24/7 can burn people out... consider this and have open conversation with Directors/Middle Management and staff to see if additional resources (Interns/New College Grads/Experienced) may not only bring skillsets the team is lacking in but also balance out the workloads
