    I have been working at NetApp full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great work life balance. Especially if you work 3 day weekend or 4 tens. Pay is great! Training is near perfect. They give you all the tools needed to be successful. Very relaxed atmosphere and non strict dress code. You can literally work in shorts and a T-shirt. Each team is very close. I enjoy beer bash and dart wars!

    Cons

    You have to worry about layoffs. A lot of products which is over saturated I’m my opinion. Need to innovate more.

    Advice to Management

    Take advice from the younger workforce because they’re our future and we need them for new ideas and innovation.
