Base salary is okayish and the colleagues are all experts in the field. Clientele varies a lot which gives a developer a lot of opportunities to gather knowhow from the industry.

Cons

You're expected to do a lot Netlight related pro-bono work outside the billed client hours to advance. Netlight provided courses will overlap with client work, but you're still expected to clock in the default hours and do the excess client work on your own free time. If the workshop you'd be interested in would happen outside office hours by some miracle, you are not to clock in any time for that. Monthly bonus is calculated based on the utilization rate of your home office or all Netlight offices combined - whichever is better. Sounds fair but for the past few years the company has mainly bumped the monthly bonuses instead of base salary. With a low utilization rate and high inflation, the salary increases won't take effect anytime soon. Working remotely is frowned upon.
