    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Netsmart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

New leadership. The company is growing. Travel. Flexible.

    Cons

Disorganized. No support (i.e developers, project managers, knowledge transfer). If you are a business analyst, you will have to learn the system fast and then produce results. Although you receive training, the training is useless if you do not have industry insight. You''re better off coming in with industry experience. Associates are swamped with projects and if you ask for help, good luck!

    Advice to Management

Leadership is changing the company and doing a good job at it. However, there are leaders that make promises and cannot keep them since the company is moving at a fast pace. The knowledge is not documented and needs to be centralized so that folks can have access to what has already been provided to clients.
