      One gets to learn a lot while working here.

      Low salary,small-scale projects,negative work atmosphere(due to some corporate politics).

      Pros

      A change to work on different kind of CMS, framework. As such widening your expertise in the area. Good HR staff to address to your problems. Flexibility in work timings.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work is too hectic and you may have to over-work to be on schedule with the project deadlines.
