Pros
1. Let me first start with the interview you are suppose to wait whole day for just one round. They will ask for coffee or tea for the first and last time. 2.IT Team is very cooperative and friendly. 3. As a fresher you will get to learn alot. 4. last friday of every month they celebrates employees birthday.
Cons
1. Due to HIPPA policy you have to keep your mobile phone (seniors are allowed to carry their *** partiality at peak) 2. Talking about IT department very single handed and no proper management. 3. Coming to HOD(IT) Manish Singh very arrogant and egoistic thinks only about himself very opportunist and don't have any knowledge about task or product.You get what you want (leave, wfh) based on favouritism of HOD Manish Singh. He being very partial and self centred 4. Any one comes at any time of the day ask to complete task by EOD. 5. Pathetic work management and salary is very less. There is no bonus, rewards or appraisal in this company. 6. It is a 9 to endless desk job . 7. All and all a worst place to work in. 8. There is no job security you go everyday as your last day . Useless policy they can terminate you any time without notice and you have to serve 3 month notice period
