    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Neurocore full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits, flexiable hours, and its an easy job overall.

    Cons

Poor pay, horrible management, MSWs lead the programs which makes no sense

    Advice to Management

Stay away its not a long term job. There is no possible way of moving up in the company unless you get a social work degree and worst part is that it pays only 18

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

It feels amazing to be excited to go to work each day. The team gets along so well, the office type is an open-concept. The CEO makes it a point to say hello to each employee each day and shows a genuine interest in getting to know his staff and listening to new ideas. Neurocore is a growing company that has just expanded its benefits program, added portfolio company discounts, and puts together company outings to encourage team building.

    Cons

There aren't really any cons that come to mind. It's tough to park downtown, but that's about it.
