      Pros

      Good place to start your career. You can learn in technology as well as you can learn to JALRA. You can found lot of sombu thooki dood here.

      Cons

      You have to work and support for 24/7. But you will not get noticed if you are not JALRA. And you can't get proper appreciation for your job. Very less salary and very less salary hike. You can't get salary on date.

      Convenient working time. No pressure or tension.

      Cons

      They deducted money from my salary sateing that it will be given back when i leave the company. But they never did that.

      Pros

      You can definitely grow and evolve with the company if you are open to learning and are dedicated to your role/ the company! Work atmosphere is great! Work pressure is everywhere but here you wouldn’t feel that! The culture is lit! You feel extremely comfortable and that’s when the output is the best! That’s what they do! They make us feel at home/ the best (meaning comfortable) and get the best out of us and offer the best opportunity for us to learn and grow! What more can an employee look for in a Company!
