I worked at New Western as an intern

    Pros

From the very beginning everyone at New Western was extremely welcoming and actively engaged in making sure the most was made of my time with the company. During my internship I was able to pick up valuable experience and insight into the real estate industry, while continually benefiting from the culture and environment that New Western has established.

    Cons

Not a lot of downside to New Western... I will say if you're unprepared to take control of your career and work for your results you will struggle.

    Advice to Management

The work environment provides a great atmosphere to really allow you to love what you're doing for a living, and the competition only helps to perpetuate each individuals success.
