Depending on who your hiring manager is determines how much focus and assistance you get from them to help you. No salary. Commission only. Typically need some money to pay the expenses of getting a business started. Can be difficult to stay the course if you don't take well the rejection of cancelled appointments and no shows. You have to be determined, outgoing, and in for the long haul for this business to work.
