    Pros

If you really need a paycheck and can't find any other job, then work here.

    Cons

Bad culture. Bad Management. This is specific to the Service Center.

    Advice to Management

No Advice. Hopefully this company keeps their bad managers so as to not contaminate the rest of the U.S. economy with such inept and petty Managers at the service center.

    Pros

Good products to sell. They will usually recoup expenses for licenses.

    Cons

Incompetent management, Insurance salesmen are as creepy as they are depicted on TV. They tried to get me to DROP OUT OF COLLEGE to work full time. Who does that?!

    Advice to Management

Value college graduates that come to you for employment. You have too many uneducated individuals peddling products they do not understand. Managers should also be required to have degrees as well; Not just be a New York Life cheerleader.
