A lot of work, but fun if you can handle it

Cons

Very cheap when it come to handling repairs i.e. air conditioner would always break, the office pc shut down and it took several phone calls and a tech before they replaced it.

    Pros

    You get to do visual work. More mature customers. Closing doesn't take long. POS system was easy to use.

    Cons

    Opening credit cards. Harassing customers with sales/promo codes.

    Pros

    Cant think of one to be honest. i guess discounts on unnecessarily expensive clothing.

    Cons

    One month no hours, next too much.
    Last one caused associates to always be out the loop
    grumpy manager staff
    Hard working employees over looked
    Evil tactics to get credit calls
    high stress, no rewards
    Have to be rich to work there ( constant pressure to buy clothes)
    Slow managerial tasking, causes lowly employees to lose hours.
    Lousy communication between stores and field managers.

    Advice to Management

    Cheer up and work it out. Employees need hours to maintain moral.
